Privacy and Disclosure

We collect personal data that you volunteer while using our website, including activity on our website and personal information.

Personal information includes any information you provide to us when ordering our products or services or when voluntarily submitting contact information. We use your personal information for communicating with you, fulfilling orders, and sending information or promotional materials about our products and services. We will not use your personal information for any other use without your express consent.

We will not sell, barter, give away, distribute, or disclose any information you give us to other individuals or any other entity.

Our Anti-Spam Policy tolerates only permission-based email. At any point, you may opt out from receiving marketing or promotional emails we may send you by:

• clicking the “manage preferences” link at the bottom of our email or
• contacting us directly and specifying that you would like to be unsubscribed from future communications.

Confidentiality and Security

We employ128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software for all credit card transactions. It encrypts all of your personal and financial information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Your information is secured both to our internet service provider when you submit an order and from our ISP to us when we receive your order.

Our credit card processor is Stripe, whose privacy policy and terms of service are here. Our Recorded Webinars and Flash Classes are hosted by Thinkific, whose privacy policy is here. Vivido is in no way responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations received 15+ days prior to Live Webinars will be issued a refund, less a $25 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 14 days of a live webinar.

Vivido reserves the right to cancel a scheduled Live Webinar. In the event of a cancellation, all registered participants will be issued a full refund. Vivido is not liable for any expenses incurred by participants due to cancellations.

No refunds will be issued for Recorded Presentations or Flash Classes, regardless of when the cancellation request is received.
